Reason for Report: There was a raid in which one side was using headglitches. The other side (the raiders) made a report and Jacub responded. Jacub proceeded to pause the raid and that the defenders were headglitching. The verdict that he arrived at was to restart the raid. The defenders told him they wanted water/food that they started the raid with as they did not have enough for the duration of 2 (with the paused part of the raid more like 2 and a half) raids. Jacub claimed that he asked other staff members and they said that they shouldn't refund the food. I feel that this was a wrong decision as a restart means that you are starting the raid as started previously and we were not given that courtesy. The result was that the defenders ran out of food/water and were weakened.
