Reason for Report: False Raid , Failure To Stop a rule break. 911 Call was made about "Shots fired at penthouse" which the whole pd responded and instead of trying to talk with us at our door they raided over a 911 call. In order to perform a police raid, you must gather video or picture evidence to prove that there is illegal activity going on at that specific property. 911 calls can not be used as evidence to raid a property.

I called over radio "oh great raid at penthouse" after seeing a 911 saying shots fired. We turn up, bigbodytank turns on swat, says raid. I question if we have grounds to raid, he says "no you said raid this is on you we're raiding" even though he was assistant chief and I was a lower rank.

Also failure to stop a rule break? Please walk me through that one.

This is laughable I won't be responding to this again at all.

From what I was told the video says you were starting the raid over a 911 call and thats why the sit in game was not conclusive enough to call a refund request because the admin taking the sit could not issue a punishment to you and that being forced to me making a staff report. You knew the raid was gonna happen over a simple 911 call and being part "IA" Police supervision you failed to stop a complete false raid.



Sorry it took so long for my side of this but ,

. As soon as I heard the whole pd was grouping up at our door I went to talk and figure out what was happening as anyone would. I tried to ask them why he wanted to raid us and what this emregency state was about. Seen in the clip aswell I tried making a report before RP had started and the situation could have been paused and evedence could have been provided by the pd to staff before raiding but @Kaz Decided to let pd raid and handle it afterward which @misterlol29 Said they should not have raided the house but no refund could be issued enless A member fines the verdict of this staff report a "Rule Break" .
I would like to point out in the video of my pov My camera does go through the door I was not making any sort of drugs or items inside the penthouse rather than chilling for protection so being in third person was just for being able to see everyone in the base. As soon as kaz teleported to me I turned around and started to walk away from the door thinking it would have been a sit or Paused for the time being and as soon as my camera went through the door I imeditly turned my camera away as this was not a intentional act to abuse third person / Exploit

Still no evidence from the staging of the raid at which you as the commanding officer gave orders to breach even at my discouragement.

Thank you for your report, I would like to address this report as thoroughly as possible without wasting too much time.
The first part I would like to address is whether or not there was sufficient evidence to raid your base, at the current time of viewing this with the information and evidence that I have, I can say that there was not sufficient evidence to raid. The second part I would like to address is Stewart, I'm not seeing an misuse of administrative powers, nor am I seeing any issue with his conduct within RP, it is not his call to conduct a raid if there was a higher rank on at the time. It is the duty of the highest ranking Officer available to make the determination for whether or not the raid had sufficient evidence (probable cause) to go on. There are very few situations in with there would be "exigent circumstances" to allow a warrantless search, in the case of imminent physical injury or death, or serious damage to property (emergency threat to life), provided they can establish that from this 911 call, they would be allowed to enter, however, all I can see is a false 911 call and a warrantless search.

With that being said, I am voiding the raid entirely (which should have been done in the first place) and will be allowing a refund of items lost due to this "false raid", however, please keep in mind that I will be requiring evidence of lost items, screenshot or video will suffice.

Let me be clear though, I do not see any misuse of staff powers from Stewart, nor do I see any rule breaks (please keep in mind Staff are discouraged from intervening in situations that involve them, the appropriate course would be to let another staff member handle the situation, which is what appears to have happened).
