Could you explain what you think was failmug/kidnap? As there is nothing but that 13 second video.

Well as you can see in the video i try to catch you as you are in the dark area, way out of line of sight and a good distance away from the npc inside of GM and the Ally npc. But you can see i try to speak to you when i have my G18 out but it does not pick up for you until you manage to move over to the van which is blocking line of sight, I would say that it is not a public place.

If i did it out in the open in the middle of the car park or in front of the store then yes it would be a fail mug. But honestly i see nothing wrong with it.
