Honest question, has anyone’s staff reports actually led to results, I am actually curious. When you go to staff reports, there is a lot of damning evidence but it seems they are all under review or closed with no actual punishment for the staff.
Please don’t get mad it’s honest.

If it was damning evidence it would be accepted, half the staff reports are just people who were mad about getting punished or don’t have any evidence. If you know the rules very well, then if you read half the handled staff reports you can see how stupid some of them are. If a staff report does get accepted most of the time it’s a small error and whatever they did to the person gets reverted, however very little staff ever actually blatantly abuse and that’s why you don’t see many actual demotions off of them. Staff are here to make the server better and they work their asses off to keep it balanced, That’s not saying that they don’t make mistakes and that’s why the thread exists.

If there is evidence of staff abusing their powers or egregiously breaking rules, it will be handled internally. How it's handled is on a case-by-case basis and depends on the situation.
