unban reason: I honestly have no clue why I was banned. The only thing I can think of is I was finished making guns and was about to log out when I saw a pink lambo pulling into my warehouse. They just started driving and honking their horn. They never got out of the car and I was getting off for the night anyway, so naturally, I logged off. I didn't think they were trying to raid because they never got out of the car. I have many hours into the server and have never logged out to avoid rp at any time. I think this was a misunderstanding and should be taken care of.
Witnesses: Lee Cheng (He was with me and getting off for the night as well. He also saw the same lambo)
Time of occurence : Approx. 12:50am to 1:00am Central

I was the one that was raiding you and you obviously heard me lockpicking because I was opening doors left and right and when I lockpicked the last door you left. Plus you had a window where you could see me lockpicking. So don't even try to say this was a mistake. You also probably heard my G36C being taken out in which you logged shortly after I have a recording of this situation. And I did get out of the car and started lockpicking the front door in which you have a window which you can see?? So your friend Lee Cheng also logged, that is also LTARP. You should always check if your being raided before you log otherwise it may seem like LTARP, a friendly reminder. Although from my perspective it would seem pretty obvious your about to get raided if a car pulled up and started honking, etc.

Replying: If you couldn't hear those things or see me get out of my car then I guess my job here is done. And no, I would not like those makarovs, it's flattering how you would log for makarovs though. If I had raided you and mugged your stuff then I would just leave you with those makarovs but ok. I don't care that much but it would be nice to get the 10 copper bars so I can craft more attachments.

Im sorry i couldnt hear any of those things and i do not recall you getting out of your car.. It didn't seem like you were raiding and I was getting off anyway. I never heard any lockpicks or guns. I can give you the guns i crafted if it makes you feel any better . I just started so I'm only on makarovs. I didn't have much to lose so if i knew I was being raided, I would have let it happen.

Because there's no evidence that suggests that you purposefully disconnected to avoid losing your stuff during a raid, you'll be unbanned. Do understand why I issued the punishment though; you picked up all your stuff and disconnected right as you begin to be raided. I'm genuinely sorry if you did not realize you were being raided at the time that you got off. Appeal accepted. Thread locked and moved.
