Subscribed and resubscribed the server content collection and the vehicles are still missing textures. (SOLVED)

I couldn't fix this missing texture problem. i have everything downloaded even the css content.

EDIT: okay so as it turns out, im a fucking dumbass and tdm base pack was disabled. enabling it and everything is normal now.

verify your game cache. if you have cs source downloaded make sure its also on the same drive you have garry's mod on.
