Admin being reported: @HockeyExpert30

Reason for Report: Decision dispute (I don't have any problem with Hockey or what he did in this situation, I just want his ruling either changed or supported by higher-ups to know if I can continue this in the future)
Time of Occurrence: ~9:00 PM GMT
Evidence to support your claim:
Full description of events leading up to the staff interaction:
There a high crime rate emergency just following a large raid at casino which resulted in a high amount of SWAT. The SWAT were driving around in 4 different bearcats and were generally disorganized, so as chief I asked them if they would be down to ride in an under-cover vehicle and I got a few positive responses. I got on detective, spawned my tesla with fully tinted windows, and picked up the SWAT team. We responded to multiple emergencies that warranted SWAT including a bank raid (by Larry Fish), a 911 call about drugs and guns in an apartment, and a shooting we witnessed when going to repair the car. Supposedly HockeyExpert started watching us when we responded to the drugs and guns call. In mechanic, while I was trying to repair the car, Hockey stopped us and said that if he saw the SWAT riding in the detective car again, they'll be fired. He said that detectives should be investigating things, and SWAT can only drive/ride in their bearcats. Additionally, he said that normal police shouldn't be riding in these vehicles either.

Why I think this is realistic and should be allowed:
Under-cover police cars are already deploy-able by non-detectives (unmarked Crown Vic, Charger, Taurus, Explorer, and Tahoe), but they're all well known and have NO window tint, allowing clear view of uniformed officers inside of them. This means that there is no option for uniformed officers to use a vehicle that won't be instantly recognized as a police car, so if they drive into a scene with criminals they will be shot or fled from immediately. If you look at unmarked vehicles driven by uniformed officers IRL, the windows are always heavily tinted, and they usually aren't the same model vehicle as the department's marked cars. The fact that the vehicle we used was a luxury car like the tesla isn't so realistic, but marked police Lamborghinis, which are used incredibly often by staff members, is much less realistic. Additionally, the tesla has 7 seats, which is perfect for a SWAT team (a full SWAT team consists of 6 members). SWAT teams should always ride together in 1 vehicle, but that rarely happens when SWAT rides in bearcats.

How it does good for the community:
It's not against any rules I could find.
The SWAT bearcat is by far the worst police vehicle. When I join SWAT, I never use the bearcat unless I need a ride to an active situation and there isn't anybody else to ride with, I always hitch a ride with another officer. If a situation occurs in layer 2, it usually takes upwards of 3 minutes for a SWAT bearcat to arrive, which is almost always too late. Letting them ride in another car helps them get to situations before they're over. There aren't any police cars that can fit 7 people in them, I believe the most is 5 seats which means only 4 SWAT can ride in the vehicle. It seems that people enjoy riding undercover, and it adds something new to the server that isn't done very often.

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this, but I couldn't find any better threads. I'd like to know what the non-police playerbase thinks of this.
I don't see how this is considered too unrealistic for the server when staff members drive police Lamborghinis and European police vehicles.
(And riding jetskis while they're in the back of a pick-up truck, towing bombs around with a semi-truck, riding wheelchairs down hills, and driving a lawn-mower/mini tractor in the road)

Additional members involved/witnessing: Nik Melander (SWAT), Klarj Viera (SWAT), Greyson Cassey (Police Chief), Jordan Oliver (SWAT), Camilo Walls (SWAT), Dapper Dan (SWAT [wasn't there during the staff contact]), Larry Fish (Criminal)

Law Enforcement - including SWAT - have each their own vehicle fleet for transportation. There is therefore no need for SWAT or Police Officers to be using civilian vehicles. @HockeyExpert30 is not at fault for saying that those Officers will be demoted if they would do it again.

Staff report denied.
