What happened: I had a cheap bag on my back outside of bank and two cops saw that I had it on my back and so they both asked to see if anything was in the bag ( Understandable ) and there was nothing in the bag as I did not rob / grab money from the bank and put it in my bag. One of the police officers proceed to confiscate my legal bag ( Had no money in it ) and I was unable to retrieve it.

I can confirm, as another PoV, I will say my side:

I was watching the situation and he was around bank with a bag on his back. Understandably, two cops grew suspicious and they asked him if they could search it. He dropped it and they confiscated it. One of the cops accused him of stealing money even though he didn't, but he thought the money he got from confiscating it was stolen money. I took him to the Evidence Locker to see if he could get it but he couldn't, so I told him to make a refund request.
