Targeting/Using Noclip to avoid being seen, to not be demoted after being told multiple times to go back on patrol while me and Tyler park investigated a murder. I'm not responding to this staff report as I am done with this server. He also made an announcement in chat to pressure me, while he was still on cop in noclip, when he knew very well I was within my RP rights to conduct the investigation.

My job is to keep the PD open, professional and acceptable.

You were free to demote me at any time regardless of noclip.

I heard the words "this is what's wrong with the PD" which are words that I haven't heard in a long time, thankfully, and a signal of a poor chief. I also recieved 3 - 5 seperate PMs complaining about you.

Your stubborn and uncommunicative attitude elongated Tye Shaw's suffering and confusion. You could have questioned him at the scene, and you didn't, which is fine. But a situation took 15 - 20 minutes, and that signifies to me that your intent was that you enjoyed his frustration.

Either way, due to the sheer VOLUME of complaints against you, in and out of character, it was necessary to watch you as this progressed, in or out of character.

That announcement was a last ditch attempt to guide you, rather than the chaotic, uncontrolled and aggressive situation I witnessed you sit silently in, that leads to fragrp and feelings of resentment and injustice.

What I and the rest of the server saw was the antithesis of Community and Commitment that the Chief is bound to, and I am bound to hold him to.

I would strongly invite you again to reconsider the relationship you have with this server. Your use of power systems in the letter but not spirit of them to get what you want will not effect a culture change. It will only damage yourself and the players who interact with you. We are a semi serious RP server led by volounteers. If this is not for you, it is not for you, but please stop pressuring other players to bend to your will, or worse, simply using them as a means for entertainment that will be reported if they do not do their jobs.

As I was heavily involved here I will reply, I was mainly just having fun during this and messing around but it was a bit weird that you let your org mate/friend in who wasn't involved and had no knowledge of the situation but you forced everyone else away? As a chief you are meant to control the PD which u clearly couldn't. Earlier in the day I told you that I wanted to talk to you about my arrest and you said "Its not up to me its up to the arresting officer". The whole point of a police chief is to control and mediate the PD so if someone is being arrested and they try to contact you about it shouldn't you respond? (Last thing unless im asked to comment this isnt a shit post I was involved in the situation and was the reason that xstewart went into no clip to see what was going on)

Hello,

Thank you for your report. After review, and speaking with @StewartJames, he understands that this was an inappropriate use of his administrative powers. No-clip as an off-duty staff member who is actively involved in a roleplay situation is not allowed, and if there was an issue, he should have left this for another staff member to deal with. Stewart acknowledges this and has assured that it will not happen again. No further action is required at this time.
