You have to have CSS

You need to buy Counter Strike: Source and mount it within gmod. Without CSS, there is no other way to fix the pink and black

Then you need to mount it. Also make sure you have subscribed to all server add-ons. Be known that new add-ons are required so download the new ones too

You need to wait it out. Some people it took a few moments, other people half an hour. But every time you reset gmod, you reset the initialization process as well. Please refer to the help channel on discord for further updates on that.
