Hello @Tony Ravioli the bonus of 25% for drug sales only counts if they are fresh, something noted in the app itself.
To my knowledge the freshness of a drug lasts 1 hour.

That being said, I can see that you made all of the 9 (and 1 failed) batches within the time window of 1 hour, the problem is that the freshness of the drugs in the case of meth is dependent on when the crate is created (which is when it's bought), this is why you didn't receive the 25% bonus, developers will look into fixing this glitch.
