At an early age, Justin was introduced to a loving family with nothing to ever complain about. He was born in a small town in Wisconsin. His Father John and Mother Colleen raised him to be a good bystander but a self relying on the person. However, this didn't stick. Getting in trouble was a lot of fun. At the age of 9, Justin was in and out of the office in school every day. He was incredibly smart but enjoy getting away with trouble. Non the less the things he would do would not be horrible compared to other students, however, one day when Justin was 14 everything changed, Justin's Mom died to a gang called the Lucario. They did a lot before she was killed. Justin's dad was already diagnosed with cancer and this death would hit heavy. Justin picked up smoking and drinking soon after. Justin becomes and completely new person. He swore to get revenge on every last one of the gang members. A few months later Justin's dad died of cancer. The final words were short of anything of love. John made Justin swear an oath to kill every one of the last gang banging pieces of shit lucaris. Justin turned 15 8 days later. Justin was taken into child services shortly before his dad's death. They agreed to leave Justin with John's friend Brandon. On December 3 2018 Justin at the age of 15 would kill his first person. He killed Shawntez Williams the person who kidnapped his Mom. Justin took 30 minutes before killing him. He bled out. From December 3 to August 5 Justin would kill the rest of the 9 gang members. At this time Justin was 16 years old it was at this time Justin ran away. He was always suspected of the strange disappearances of the Lucaris but never left and a trace and seems like the cops turned a blind eye to his plausible spree. Justin Ran to a town called Southside. This is where Justin made many friends like David Lewis who would ultimately mentor and teach Justin. During Justin's time at Southside, he was committed to terrorist acts. Killing 5 people including 3 cops and kidnapped and mugged several individuals. However, the only thing they had on Justin was nothing the only name received by the terrorist was The Phantom (True Story btw ). After this Justin Laid low in Southside. Flash forward to October 7 2020 Justin moved to Monoford. This is when he would create his Crew known as Disturbia. Knowing he had a great knowledge in selling and business he knew his best approach would be manufacturing and distributing guns. Justin Vack grew his org and sold guns made drugs and boosted cars. He met many friends along the way. Justin looked up to his friend Rob Monster. Rob was one of the most well-known criminals in Monoford. All was good for Justin Vack he was pushing his was to be the greatest gun distribution source in Monoford. Then December 11 2020 hit. Justin had a massive order for 20 Acrs 20 Ksg and 5 Xm8s. Justin did this solo at the grocery store. He did this as a showing of good faith. There were 8 guys. It was a setup. Justin took out 5 guys before being shot several times. The swat team police and national guard were there as well and killed the rest of the Gang members who set Justin up however Justin threw his gun and ran. The cops chasing after him hightailed it. Justin would make his way to the trinity where he jumped. Justin's body was not found by police. No sightings have been seen since. Justin Vack was announced dead on December 11 2020 and 11:21 pm.
