Police were warranting me for not giving them any budget, despite the city budget running completely out, max taxes, and only $750 in each other department. Because of this, I hid in the underwater layer 1 mines. After the police budget had run out (I'm not sure how long), and I was warranted, Hatchet teleported to me and told me that if I'm warranted as a government official I need to turn myself in to the police, otherwise it's corruption. I know that government jobs such as paramedics and the mayor weren't allowed to flee from the police until sometime in Truenorth, when it was no longer considered corruption. Hatchet said that currently, government jobs aren't allowed to flee from the police, which hasn't been a policy since Truenorth unless it's changed.
*I wasn't punished at all during this incident, just told that it was a rule, so Hatchet couldn't have done any damage.
