Ban Reason: missuse of report and ooc
Un ban Reason: Legit I got stuck in the river the game would not let me up and so I called in an admin and they didn't come so I did /ooc because I cant /pm when I'm dead Keep in mind I was dead forever the timer didn't want to go away and so I did /ooc and he blacklists me from ooc but then an admin responded and came to me and helped me out of the river and when I'm finally up he bans me for 3 hours and I think thats stupid as using ooc for admin reasons is blacklist not a ban infact I would want a warning not a ban.

Note: I know its a short ban and its 3 hour my friend just got gmod and I told him about this server and so I told him to get on it with me and as soon as he joins I get banned.

1. 3 hours are up so this will be denied
2. you used all caps in ooc and I had given warnings about that to other players IN ooc.
3. after I blacklisted you from ooc you made a report with all caps, and you got yourself banned for 3 hrs.

You were banned for using all caps in OOC and Report system. Don't do that again. Whichever admin that claimed your report did that out of their own good will, I had banned you after the report was claimed I guess and I didn't know that. It must have taken me a while to write out your ban. I didn't claim your report.
