Reason for Report: So I was in the mechanic waiting for my car to be repaired when I accidently dropped a packing box since it was right next to the pistol ammo I was trying to drop for a friend. I went to pick up the packing box with my physgun when I accidently tapped my scroll wheel on my mouse sending the packing box flying into a previously deceased (not stable or critical) ragdoll sending it flying. This was due to me having set my physgun speed to 1000 for a different server I was playing and I had forgotten to switch it back to speed one when I came on here. After making this mistake I immediately tried to explain that it was a mistake and how do I switch my speed back to 1 not even initially realizing Shain was there. In my mind there was no real harm done since no RP was affected and it was simply an extremely small prop that got sent into the wall for sub 2 seconds unintentionally. My real issue here is that throughout about a 10 second period between when this occurred and after Shain issued me a blacklist he said nothing to me and did not even attempt to understand the situation. This type of black and white judgment would maybe be something more commonly seen in a trial mod but in the case of Shain, he is a server administrator who I believe has been in a staffing position for almost a year or if not more. With that amount of experience you would think to at least know the basics of staffing which is to retain all information before coming to a conclusion but in this case Shain disregards all basic training and administers a punishment out of sheer laziness to not fully address the problem but rather seek the easiest way out. To conclude, what truly promoted me to make this report was after he issued the punishment I attempted to reach out to him via voice chat in which he ignored me along with my pm to him. (Side note he was not there as a spectator or for me but a completely different person's sit. Such is possible reason as to why he allowed laziness to overlook the proper way of administering punishment)

You received a Physgun blacklist after I saw u prop push a body all the way across mechanic's with high sensitivity (even if it was or was not intentional), i saw this after i was needing to take someone for a sit, there wasn't any need to overlook anything since I saw a valid rule break. As you said I did immediately tp out of mechanics to take the sit after your blacklist, though you never actually reached out to me other than PMing me saying, "see you on the forms buddy"

Its understandable that you were trying to test your scroll wheel sensitivity, but something like that can intervein with roleplay such as this recent event.

Yes, but what my issue is is that you clearly heard my in voice chat for the 10 seconds you were there before you tped away and choose to ignore me. Also you never even spoke to me prior, during, or after the punishment as to what occurred or as to what my perspective is. No RP was affected by my action at all but you still choose the easy route as note the first issue you see and imploy the first solution you derived. In addition, I'm sure you did not even realize it was an accident until I made this report yet if you had taken another 20 seconds to address the issue with me and allow me a sentence of explanation a different conclusion may have been reached.

From this, I can see that Thegamingshain issued a 1-day blacklist from Physgun after witnessing you prop push a "Packing Box" into a body lying on the floor. You claim that this was an accident, and you also claim that you accidentally dropped a "Packing Box" from your inventory. From the logs I pulled, you made this mistake twice, assuming I believe you, I see no issue with removing the blacklist as it very well could have been an honest mistake. That is what could have happened, until you decided to call Thegamingshain a "donkey", and then instead of proclaiming your innocence and attempting to solve the matter calmly, you sent him this:

In the future, I recommend that you attempt to solve this matter in-game with the staff member who punished you, respectfully, that is. If they are not available, you may appeal such a decision in the appropriate forum (Server Blacklist Appeals in this case) and come to a reasonable conclusion there. If all else fails, then you may submit a staff report, or privately message myself, or any other Server Director and above.

Hopefully, this 1-day blacklist will give you ample time to revert your Physgun settings back to normal.

As such, this staff report will be denied.
