Reason for Report: After being issued a ticket to his stolen car and reporting that it was stolen two times in a row, first the ticket was appealed it was accepted the second time was denied by harry, afterwards I made a 911 call being flustered that he is issuing me max ticket price of the minimum offense for my car being stolen he issues a warrent for my arrest, now if i recall the laws currently in the server do not say you can arrest a i-rate victim of a crime sadly. TLDR: Harry warranted because he had his feelings hurt in character.
