Request Reason: Well, I got Arrested for vehicular manslaughter by a Police Tow Truck Driver but the Captain told him to arrest me and put me in for 20m... I rob Banks and got a shorter sentence + It was False because I didn't kill anyone nor hit anyone ( if I did check logs It Unknown ) then the Capitan False Code-Red's me shoots at me with a Class-3 ( Mainly the Form Is my asking why I got 20 minutes in Jail for something that wasn't even that bad + After he put me in jail he tazed me in Jail I didn't even block the door.

Here is the thing you were placed in jail for vehicular manslaughter and Fleeing & eluding. I checked both charge times then made a custom charge. I added both violations and their jail times together. I witnessed you repeatedly trying to run over my captain as he was arresting your friend. So he code redded you for the attack you done with the vehicle, he then disabled your car, and chased you. So for the situation you did flee from the PD and attempted to kill a cop.

I gonna say it now, PD Tow are still cops. Even though they DONT carry a gun, they are still law enforcement officers. I enforcement the traffic regulations which means tows and tickets, but here is the thing if a civ crosses the line and provokes the PD I can stop the threat and arrest them as I am STILL a cop.

After a thorough review of the report I have made the following observations:

SUMMARY

@Ruin provided no evidence for me to summarize. Based on logs It does not appear as if @Ruin ran over someone in the life that they were arrested in, but the logs lack context
