Reason for Report: I am making this report due to what happened last night. Long story short this guy was acting like a youtube prank guy who " pranked the pd " he got arrested and he said " i will make you famous if you let me out " so i let him out as a joke. i was gonna lock him up again but it was fun to let him run around the processing room ( all the outside doors were locked so he could not go anywhere " then trooper came in and i dont think he liked it. He arrested me for 9 mins and gave me a week pd blacklist. I am calling trooper out for being way to strict many other members of the community agree with me and its time it changes . I am sure I am not the first one to make a report about this. I have been a staff member on a few other servers and from my experience you got to enforce the rules but you cant be to strict. I have seen it to many times that you are to strict it burns out the players and encourage them to make alts and cheat/troll the server which leads to less and less people playing it. I understand trooper is trying to do his job but its the staff like him that kill communities. I also want to add that I was applying for mentor ( my record was clean for a month and a half ) but now any chance of that had been lost due to this.
Time of Occurrence: Last night ( Around 7-8 pst )
Evidence to support your claim: My nividia geforce was broken at the time and did not work. However I know trooper records so he should have a vid if he wants to post that it would be helpful
