Reason for Report: Tru stole my car and we chased after him on foot, he started to run and as I was shooting him it looks like he used no clip to escape, I might be blind, but I showed this to other people who agree and think he did no clip. After my friend asked him if he did he said no, so if he did noclip this was intentional and he was lying. But as I said it might be that I'm blind so don't take it personally Tru.
