I stopped paying attention to my monitor as I was driving straight for a second, and accidentally swerved into that sidewalk and hit I believe it was only 2 people, and according to just checking logs there were only 2 people I killed at that time. Then I got back in my car and went to drive off and bank security started shooting at me, so I turned back and hit him with my car as my life was in danger. As you can see, I called EMS. If my intention was to "mass VDM" I wouldn't have stopped and called EMS and hung out in the area. I definitely shouldn't have stopped paying attention to my monitor while driving my vehicle, but I assure you it was an accident and was not on purpose.

He was only in the road because he was chasing / shooting at my vehicle, and as I said my life was in danger so I came back around and hit him with my vehicle.

The first 2 people I killed on the sidewalk were completely an accident as I was not paying attention to my monitor and I take complete fault for that, I stopped and called EMS. Bank security then pulled a tazer on me and tried to arrest me I assume, so I went to drive away and got shot at. I simply turned around and defended myself.

Rule 2.2.3 (Regarding the last person I hit):

1. Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if your or a befriended life is in immediate danger and no other option of self defense is available.

You were shooting at my car right when I drove off, just for fleeing from you. Technically it was a false code red, and you are also not a police officer so you shouldn't have done that in the first place - you should have called for cops to come deal with me at the bank.

I rewatched your video and it does appear you weren't the one that shot me when I first drove off, I apologize for hitting you. I saw you in the road (closest to me) with your gun out and assumed you were the Security Officer that shot at me. I'm very sorry for that.

It was accidental, as I said already I stopped paying attention to my monitor for a split second, I believe I was looking on my phone. Shouldn't have done that but I didn't intentionally hit those people and I got out of my car and called EMS immediately. I just tried to see if I got video to show my point of view but my Playstv hasn't been automatically recording lately. I came back and hit you as you were in the middle of the road with your gun out - as I said doing something you shouldn't even be doing as a Bank Security - as I was getting shot at, and I assumed it was you so I hit you.

Of course, but as I'm being shot at from that direction and I see you right there closest to me with a gun out, my instant thought would be it was you, and I was simply trying to defend my life. It was a mere misunderstanding, and I apologize for mistaking you for the guy shooting me from right next to, or behind you. When I get shot at from where you are standing, and see you closest to me with your gun out, I'm going to think it was you. Trust me, I wouldn't just kill someone for no reason with my vehicle. I was trying to defend my life as I was getting shot at from your direction.

Tyler is the worst driver i have ever seen he needs to be blacklisted. I was riding around with him the other day elias was doing a sit and dis dumby ran over the whole sit in the matter of 5minutes of being in a car with him he vdmed 4people hit around 10trees 5poles and killed me also. Dis man needs to be perm blacklisted from driving on the server asap

I had a lag spike and killed like one person, and apologized to @ELIASS for that. Sits should be done on a roof anyway.

I actually just looked over the video again and I don't think I looked away from my monitor, I was replying to a message in OOC of someone saying "congrats" and I responded "thanks", and I may have been responding to the other OOC message directed to me too asking for help. Still should be focusing on the road when driving and this is not an excuse, but as I said I did not intentionally hit two random civilians on the sidewalk. I also noticed that as soon as I started coming out of the GM parking lot you started shooting me, therefore my action of hitting you with my car would be valid, and not just me mistaking you for the other guy shooting nearby.

Edit: Also, why don't you have audio in the video? I see you are talking to someone in Discord (as seen in the overlay) and it doesn't show your name with the name of who you are talking to, and I'm pretty sure that only shows up when you are in a private call.

I've talked to @Tyler in discord and resolved this situation. Tyler has been told how to handle a situation like this in the future since what we can see in the video is in no way ideal. He shouldn't have hit the two players at the beginning, but accidents happen, at least he got out to call EMS which is the only thing I ask from regular players as well if they hit someone by accident. He drives off afterwards which, in my opinion he shouldn't have, he should have stuck around, waiting for EMS.
Bank security then opens fire, which they should not have done, considering that it is not within their jurisdiction to act as police and shoot someone who did a hit-and-run.
Tyler then turns around and runs over the bank security. He should not have done that. The rules state that you can use your vehicle as a weapon if being shot at, however that is only meant in situations where the danger is in front of you with no other options. It is not meant as a free pass to turn around and go back towards the danger to run them over. In those situations you should keep driving to escape.

I've talked to Tyler about all of the above and we've discussed how to better handle a situation like this in the future to prevent anyone from feeling wronged.
