I was raiding a warehouse when I came upon a person water his plants I told him to put his hands up , when he quickly turned at me and switched from his water can to what looked like he was pointing a gun.
I shot him
I then get pulled into a sit with an admin that doesn't like me . I told him what had happened and then with an attitude he kept telling me that was rdm .
I told him I wanted another staff member since it's usually him that deals with my sits for some weird reason and he hands out bans and warning points like there candy even though there was no evidence on either side .
This is a clear case of biased opinion

And I have no idea why I was given points without proof . I would like complete ban removal or a lowered time for the imprudence of this rogue staff member

I can see in the logs that he never equipped a gun. You even admitted to me that he pulled out a gardening trowel and you killed him. You're also lucky the ban wasn't extended because after I banned you, I noticed you also broke raid timer. I recommend you read the rules, if you haven't already.
