[Jay Lee]

Your Steam Name: the reaper
Your Steam ID:76561198849323107
Your Character Name: Dylan Wright

Ban Length: 4 days
Banning Staff Member (@wr1ght ):

Ban Reason: rdm , refusing to listen to staff, insulting staff?
Unban Reason: I did not commit any of these things

Time of Occurrence: 3/29/19
Additional members involved/witnessing:

I was at bank and there was police deputy that kept harrasing cadets and tazing them , logs can be checked for this so I asked him to leave the bank.
He called for backup in which a police officer arrives , once he arrives he says why do you have you're gun out.
I tell him that this gun is my issued service weapon and he proceeds to pull out his tazer and tries to taze me.
I shoot him in the head since I was fearing for my life at that moment.
More police officers arrive and I start telling them that I will not shoot them and it is a misunderstanding and they kill me.
I am pulled into a sir with a freshly appointed mod named wright , during the sit he does not listen to my pov and only hears security and killing.
He keeps calling me bud and kid through out the whole sit and being disrespectful towards me.
I tell him I want a higher up
He then proceeds to ban me .
I just don't understand were I insulted him or I wasn't listening to him.
As well as the Rdm since RDM is random death match and it wasn't that since there was a cause and effect here.

The logs clearly show you damaging the officers and killing one prior. The evidence is all there. As bank security, you should NOT be shooting at officers or putting yourself in these situations. You should never shoot or kill police. Additionally, you have priors for the same thing. As for the "disrespect", I call everyone "bud" in all of my sits in a respectful manner, not once did I call you a "kid". The situation was actually being over-watched by two members of management. You lied throughout the sit and you're lying now in your appeal.

Appeal denied.
Ban changed to 1 week for lying about the situation (with approval from management)
