Relevant Evidence: This is a false ban, i was in a sit with @Liasetten and @Kocayine about this and it was closed because there was no evidence. theres also the fact that i didnt fearrp because the cop never had a gun out, he just uncuffed me had his cuffs out and i ran.

This is what happened:

I were a police Sgt. which had just responded as backup to a shootout at the underground Parking lot by the PD.

I saw you having a AR-15 on your back equipped (Over at the monomarket), so I ran over to you told you to stop (you didn't) I proceeded to taze you. Once you got up I cuffed you and took you into the Police station. Whilst doing so you PM'ed your friend (Check Screenshot) telling him that you were being arrested (In simple terms: Metagaming). Once we came to the arresting computer I confiscated your AR-15 and told you that once I uncuffed you, you should drop your chemicals for me. I removed the cuffs and you ran out of the PD and I chased you with my Tazer equipped. I continued to miss with my tazer and you continued to run, so I equipped my P99 and shot a warning shot in the ground to your right to make you stop, and you continued to run.
I then continued to chase you and you got in your car, so I equipped my shotgun and blew up your vehicle. You then proceeded by running out of your car and into a nearby fire (The underground parking lot, which were on fire) which resulted in you dying.

Therefor I made a report about you breaking FearRP, Not valuing life, and Commiting suicide to avoid RP. @Kocayine took the report, and I personally think that he made a bad/wrong decision/verdict by saying that I did not provide enough evidence and that I could have photoshopped the screenshot or have lied.

I did then talk to @Lola Meid about it, telling her what had happened, and showed her the screenshot, and she came up with a verdict which I took into action.

Therefor I will be denying your ban appeal, and I mean that the punishment you got were fair.

yeah but @Lola Meid doesnt like me so of course shes gonna ban me lmao and also you wernt talking at all during that whole situation so how was i meant to know what you were telling me to fucking do. This server is becoming a burden with it's bullshit all the time IMO. and also wtf that isnt meta game its a way of contacting your friends in game. This is all fucking bullshit and i definantly wont be buying premium or helping out at all. i thought this server was meant to be fun. i guess not.

On the screenshot it obviously shows how mingy you were. PM'ing is considered OOC. You PM'd someone after going into the fire on purpose - otherwise you wouldn't have stayed in the fire - that you won't be going to jail because you got yourself killed. You also ran away after being tasered - otherwise this whole situation of you dying in the fire wouldn't happen. No I don't have any personal vendetta however you clearly have done this before and your mentality of '' You have no time to read all the rules'' is still happening. This is denied. It's unfortunate if you feel that way but maybe change the way you're playing.
