You made several reports. I told you to stop making reports. I spectated the situation from start to finish. It was completely valid.

-Boris was gonna tow your car for being in the middle of the road.

-you told Boris to drop it and he didn’t (he said give me 500 and i’ll drop it)

-you pulled your gun out and shot him

-he was not damaged. you ran out of ammo, you followed him all the way to the impound lot

-that is when he ran you over, he was doing t out of self defense.

-police showed up and Boris explains the situation to them.

-police confiscate your weapon and he situation is over

Had you killed Boris for towing your car t would have counted as RDM because you did not give him enough time to react and you did not have him under fearRP. You got lucky that the bullets bounced off his “bullet proof windows”.
