Request Reason: I was away from my PC for a brief moment, parked in the bank parking lot. I had my eye on my monitor, and watched as Lt. Peterson rammed my car slightly to the left, then got out of his crown victoria and started writing me a ticket. I said I would report him, after which he said I couldn't park there. Upon appealing the ticket, the appeal was denied.

Count 1. Corruption (Intentionally rammed a vehicle out of a parking spot, and then ticketed it for illegal parking).
Count 2. False Ticket.
