FIXES

• Fixed Government chat.
• Fixed issues with spawnpoints, now everyone spawns in the Town Hall.
• Fixed Speedometer's fuel handle misalignment.
• Fixed bug with being able to enter a garage while in a garage, preventing any kind of return position.
• Fixed some exploit methods.

ADJUSTMENTS

• Don't drop loot on corpse, only do it when the corpse is removed.
