Vcmod Hud (car health/ siren hud) are gone, Anyone know how to fix?

So this started happening to me about a week ago. Ive done everything to uninstalling my game to uninstalling all my addons and reinstalling... But neither have fixed this problem, i also cant even open vcmod menu.

what beta are you using for gmod? i heard some betas have caused this issue in the past.

make sure you are using 64x. or do !vcmod in-game it might come up with a fix.

VC_Menu in console an you can show whatever you want.
