Ban Reason: RDM
Unban Reason: I was driving down railway avenue when I saw a tow truck hit somebody in the road, and then reverse into me. I saw a detective start shooting the tow truck, and I was quite fed up with faildriving tow truck/bite truck/delivery truck drivers, so I got out and shot at him too. I shot him again when he got back up, which I will say now was quite wrong. I should have just let the detective finish his work. I was unemployed at the time.
Wright said that he didn't VDM or damage anybody, and the detective said that the tow truck driver didn't VDM anybody, but I know as a fact that the logs are sort of broken when it comes to vehicles hitting people and making them ragdoll instantly. I've been in 5+ sits where I was hit with a car, and then the staff member couldn't find out who had hit me with their car, only that I had been put into the disoriented/critical state. I need somebody to confirm that this is indeed an issue with the logs, if possible.

As always, I'd like to note that I am a VERY active member in the community. Monolith is my favorite GMod server, and I've logged at least 30 hours in the last week, and I haven't gotten in trouble for RDM related sits for over 2 weeks.

I spectated part of the situation and I did not see the person in question damage anyone, upon reviewing our logs, I confirmed that he didn't damage anyone with his vehicle. I checked your logs and the other person's logs and neither of you received any type of damage during that time.

Allow me to quote you here:

This is not a valid reason to begin shooting him, and you've even acknowledged you RDM'd him by shooting him again when he returned from his disoriented state. This was blatant RDM, you had nothing to do with the on-going situation and decided to intervene and kill the tow truck driver.

Additionally, even if you were involved the tow truck driver was simply doing his job by towing an incorrectly parked detective vehicle (Jack Alberry). Neither of you had a valid reason to damage or kill the tow truck driver, even upon asking you both multiple times why you killed him, you could not come up with a justified reason.

You have over six prior offenses pertaining to RDM, this is simply unacceptable and you have obviously not learned your lesson from past punishments. You should know by now that actions like these are not allowed on our server. With all of this being said, after factoring in your related offenses and the logs, I will not accept this appeal.

As an addendum to the denial of your appeal, any additional punishments you receive relating to RDM will result in a much more extensive ban length.
