@Alphadef i fully admit to being in the wrong here i did hit his car at a high speed and knock him unconsious and i did tell him that i did it a few minutes down the line

[2.2.1] You may not kill or knock out players without a valid In-Character reason.
[2.2.3] Vehicle Deathmatch is not allowed without a proper reason. You may use your vehicle as a weapon if you or a befriended life is in immediate danger.
[2.2.8] You may not kill a Law Enforcement Officer unless you have a valid roleplay reason to do so...
[5.1.7] Corruption is allowed with permission from a Senior Administrator or above. The permissions are automatically void when the authorizing staff member leaves the server.

[5.2.1.1] Law Enforcement may only use deadly force when the situation requires the protection of themselves or others. For example, if a person is threatening your life, you may use your weapon in self-defense.​

[5.2.1.3] Law Enforcement may not harm any other government officials - like the Mayor - but if roleplayed well they can work with others to bring them down.​

[2.1.1] You must act realistically at all times. You may not run around not roleplaying at all. This includes, but is not limited to, running around on the main roads, jumping on and hitting vehicles. Do note that you will be playing a character.

@PyroMain as you can see, there are multiple layers of rule breaks here. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and assuming the switch to security guard was just a matter of wanting to play security and not switching jobs to avoid police who may have been looking for you or players looking for who the tow truck driver was. And all of this occurred with no staff online. As such, I feel the appropriate course of punishment for this is 3 Warning Points for VDM and Unauthorized Corruption with no staff present.

Additionally, the situation will be voided and you are free to request any lost items in the refund request section of the forums using the format found here, though as far as I can tell the only confirmable loss was a trivial $836 death fee.
