Statement: I had parked my vehicle outside of the bank so that I can make a deposit. During that short peroid of time that I had exited my vehicle, Damion Wolfe, the Taxi Driver, made the 1st Attempt to VDM two people outside of the bank. Since this was not a mistake, he had then made a second attempt to VDM - he had killed one player whilst the other player was knocked down unconscious.
