Vehicle Blacklist Appeal

So I got blacklisted from driving vehicles because I was driving fast and accidentally hit a guy in the middle of the road. I don't remember but I'm pretty sure the admin that blacklisted me was "Larry Gibons" or something like that. its really hard to get money in this game and being a taxi driver is the best way to get money for me. also why do I get black listed when there are people that run people over on purpose and don't even get talked to by an admin
