I'm not completely involved in this, but I was a witness (I was inside the ambulance behind Shiblamo) and this guy in the BMW M6 (Ninjahr) and he was going back and forth constantly trying to VDM me and Shiblamo for no reason aswell as ramming cars nearby for no reason, which I would consider faildriving and/or cop baiting.
