You were involved in a situation as a civilian and made a 911 call so that the cops would come over and raid the location. You then immediately became a cop yourself after you made the 911 call.

Right, not entirely sure how this is FailRP but i'll go ahead and explain my pov which you cared very little about in the sit.

I spawned @ church and went to the bank to deposit my daily rewards, I then made my way to the PD to become a Lieutenant because i like money, on my way there I heard gun shots so being the civilian i am, i reported it to the police. I then proceeded to go the PD without thinking much more about the shoot out. On my way to the PD the shootout ended and I then switched to LT, Mark Dober ( the chief at the time ) arrived at the scene and then asked for back up, being the Police officer that I am, I went ahead and came over to assist him because that is what I do when i roleplay as an officer. During this time the person who reported me, forgot who, i'm just going to refer to him as Bill for now, Bill began to harass me screaming down his mic repeating himself and saying that I will get a 2 day blacklist for using the radio to report the shoot out that occurred when I was a civilian, he was wrong to assume this and was wrong to harass me for it.

I'm not entirely sure at what part of this situation I did not roleplay accordingly to my role, hence me creating this warning appeal as I do not believe that I have done anything to get this. Feel free to respond with a follow up question etc if you like and I'll answer honestly without any bs.

Im the one who reported him and now ill explain.

While the gunshots were happening at apartments across from bank, bullyhunter goes to see whats happening, equips a primary so he can attempt to counter, realises hes gonna lose, then stores his primary at bank and makes his way over to PD. While he was at pd before he switched to cop he made the 911 call about the shots fired then switched on to cop and responded to his own 911 call with mark dober. Mark dober then explained to bully hunter that he had an exact same situation where he was then blacklisted for two days and thats where that came from.

The reason you were warned was because as soon as you made that 911 call you became involved to the situation simply by calling it out AS A CIVILIAN. You are not allowed switch jobs to law enforcement a second after and going there using an excuse saying an officer asked you for help 5 seconds after your 911 call just to get a free primary as cop to counter a raid so you dont lose your own.

@misterlol29 Idk if you remember or not, but i did point out he pulled out a primary as a civ then decided not to counter then he said it had nothing to do with the situation, even though he obviously left this part out of the warning point appeal.

1. You must abide by realistic roleplay measures. If something you are doing is illogical in a real life situation, then you can’t do it on the server.

You called 911 because you saw something as a civilian then responded to your own report not even 1 minute later by hopping on cop.

1. Your expected behaviour is not limited to the rules below. Use common sense: When in doubt if something you are doing might be against the rules, it could very well be. If you have any doubt, contact a staff member.

You shouldve known what you were doing was failrp as pretty much every staff member points out that your not allowed to respond to your own situations as police. You know what you did wrong and your not gonna avoid the punishment by trying to loophole around the rules.

Either way the reason he knew about the shooting is because you reported it to 911. You still got on cop and went to the situation a minute after you reported it as a civ. FailRP isnt only you failing to do your job, again stop trying to loophole around the rules. This is my last time replying im just gonna let @misterlol29 do what he wants with the appeal even though you did obviously break the rules.

Calling 911 on a situation as a civilian that you had intentions to raid, then joining Police to assist in the raid / RP is not realistic and would correctly fall under "Fail RP".

FailRP - Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.
