Reason for the warning point(s): I can only assume since I was not given a reason, that the reasoning is RDM.
Why should the point(s) be removed: I feel I had every right to believe this person was a detective assisting the Mayor for speaking about assassination. He spoke of closing a ticket, to which it sounded like a marked cop responded to him around the corner. When he said he was going to kill the Mayor (which would never happen in real life if this was his true intent. Again sounding like a Detective fishing for information if I was going to assassinate the Mayor.) Since I just had an interaction with the Mayor and he went back upstairs, I was under the impression Mayor called for backup as there were many cops around. I believed the Mayor was still there and expected gunfire to ensue which did not happen, if he meant to raid. It sounded as though the Mayor let him in. Since I was visibly equipped with an illegal weapon, I feel I had the right to kill a suspected Detective during my attempted Mayor Assassination. https://streamable.com/62cah
