I just had an appeal accepted for a weapons blacklist I was wrongly dealt. In this same situation, I received 2 warning points that led up to a ban for failure to value life (FTVL). In the clip provided, my friend opening fire at the cop clearly had me pinched, and I was confused about which direction to move since gunfire was passing on both sides of me. In the clip, I clearly made my way out of the line of fire after a short burst of panic and didn't even take any damage from the officer nor my friend. I believe I was wrongly punished based on @SCOTTISH 's judgment and am entitled to have my warning points+ban lifted. Furthermore, why would I FTVL in a situation I had no involvement just to risk dying and losing 3-5k?

Follow the change in punishment from a Player Report and a Blacklist Appeal you was issued with Two Warning Points for Failure to Value Life, in the evidence you have presented it's very clipped but from prior evidence in regards to this situation, it's clear you ran in front of the law enforcement failing to value your life. Evidence presented below:

I do not believe you were trying to get out the way, the evidence I have presented shows you getting in the way and I don't see a reason for you to get out of the car, if I was you, I would drive off if I am not involved or at least get out on the other side of the vehicle which you could have done.

how can I drive off when the driveway was blocked. that was my intention from the beginning and driving away would MORE THAN LIKELY put me right in between their line of fire which would most likely have gotten me killed. Going right would have risked me vdming the chief and by the time I would have gone towards the left the shootout between kame and the Sgt would have taken place. I don't see how me driving away was an option in this case. Just because I made a small mistake by running into a shootout i could have never predicted till the chief was killed makes me worthy of receiving 2 warning points for ftvl. I not only took no damage, but u can also clearly see me putting more effort into getting away from the situation as soon as I realized I was in the middle of a shootout.

Yes that direction may have been blocked but you could have driven further to the entrance of the Bank then ran in for safety, you can dispute this situation all you like, the evidence I presented doesn't show you not failing to value life, and if the situation was sudden you could have gotten out of the car on the other side.

You are a prior rule breaker meaning punishment that gets issued must be reasonable to your history in which the punishment was, you need to reform and not violate server rules and clearly, you haven't understood them yet which is based on this punishment.

It does look like you were intentionally running into a gunfight that you were not involved in here, but the evidence could go either way. I will accept this appeal on the condition that if incidents like this occur in the future, you make sure to stay away from then when not actively involved.
