Reason for the warning point(s): Corruption I guess
Why should the point(s) be removed: So, I gave PD a lot of money budget but then they kept spending it on attachments and shit like that after I told them to not. After that, I decided to give to the PD every time max 1K budget so they can only spawn vehicles and pistols. I was done with that because I cant every time give the budget and then police screaming at me for that. As I know I am allowed to give a budget until the police dept got weapons which they did (pistols, cars) that is it.

I would like to add that every time PD asked for a budget I gave them 1K so they can only buy pistols. Every time the budget went under 600$ I added 1K

I would like to also add that a staff member needs to tell me to give more budget or something cuz I did things right

That isn't good enough, you needed to have given them an "adequate" amount of budget (i.e. enough for them to buy every gun they needed, like around $5k, not $1k). What you were doing was not enough.

Well after I wanred them not to spend alot of money I decided to go on slow way which is giving them only pistols. Copy and paste the rule that I broke please

Warning point is valid, restricting budget to dwindle available resources for a Police Department would be deemed as either FailRP or Unauthorized Corruption. The warning point will remain.
