Why should the point(s) be removed: It was a 2 way thing, we were both talking about the same shit but he reported me for doing the same thing as him. I meant no harm by what I said, I was just joking while kind of taking the piss.

I get that it is breaking character, but its not like it made a difference to anything. The outcome of the situation was not changed. I believe he just reported me for the sake of reporting me since I contributed to the cheating report against him, just as he mentions.

He mentioned something along the lines of "dont respond to the cheating report otherwise you will get into trouble"

Just because in this incident breaking character didn't cause the outcome of the situation to change doesn't mean you did not break the rules. In the video submitted, you can clearly see that you knew you were breaking rules but decided to go along with it anyway. I see no reason why this Warning Point should be appealed. And just because nothing did happen because of this, the situation where you broke character lasted around 1:30, in real life, if a person has you in restrains with a gun you are not going to sit there and have a conversation with them you would want them to leave asap. On top of this, it could of giving and additional time for police to arrive at the situation where he could have been shot. You broke a rule, you knew you were breaking it, you did it anyway, sneaky took the correct actions for the report made against you for breaking character denied.
