Your Steam Name: thebomb06
Your SteamID: 76561198200265103
Your Character Name: Fin Daniel

Which Staff issued the Warning Point: @Astero

Reason for the warning point(s): Failrp
Why should the point(s) be removed:

Stealing a police car as well as opening and closing a car door is not Failrp as it is something that can and does happened in real life. I have provided some footage of this actually happening below:

Video 1
========================================
Handcuffed girl put in police car @ 9:31
Handcuffed girl steals police car @ 20:00
Handcuffed girl bails out of police car (opening and closing car door) @ 21:17

Video 2
========================================
Handcuffed guy steals police car @ 20:40
========================================

Furthermore, you don't even have to use your hands to drive a car, below is a video of a guy driving only with his knees.

Video 4
========================================
========================================

If Failrp is meant to prevent unrealistic roleplay, it is failing at its job if driving a car with handcuffs is considered Failrp.

Time of Occurrence: Last night sometime between 12 - 2 am

Hi @thebomb06 ,

We have determined that in the server getting into a cars driver seat is failrp for multiple reasons. We require someone to open the door for you to even get into a vehicle to start. Also it is impossible for you to get out of a vehicle while handcuffed. Which in your case you could be able to get out as well. The warning point will stay due to these reasons next time do not attempt to drive the vehicle while cuffed.
