Blacklist Reason: (Mass RDMing Two People)
Unblacklist Reason: The basis on the length of this blacklist is entirely fabricated as the previously aforementioned blacklist was false in the pretense that I did not fire upon anyone randomly in the first place. Four weeks for two kills is entirely unreasonable as the people that I killed in the first place were shooting back at me anyways. I was not responsible for the deaths of any individuals that were listening to our commands. Nevertheless, it seems very obstructive that I should be forced to be unable to use weapons for an upwards of four weeks simply because I killed people that were attempting to do harm to either me or my allies. I ask that you offer a bit of leniency in this situation as even by definition the term crowded would signify that there would be a large amount of people congregated into that area and the term "crowded" itself is very debatable. The fact that it was in an enclosed area separated from the public should in itself be a valid reason in order to carry out that said mugging. In conclusion, I do believe that our punishment was not entirely justified as it was a very grey area in the rules that led to said punishment. Thank you for reading my blacklist appeal.

The following rules were violated;

You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places or near any NPCs, criminal or regular - you must do it in less populated and less exposed areas.

RDM - Random Deathmatch - The process of killing people without valid In-Character reasons.

Not to mention you were also participating in a mugging with an ALT.


Evidence provided in the report against the perpetrator party shows you and multiple other people participating in a fail mugging. As the rule states; "You may not mug or kidnap in crowded places" you were actively participating in a mugging, which was in a crowded place. The fail mugging also lead to multiple people's deaths (RDM), as there shouldn't have been a mugging their, in the first place. Moreover, every participant in the mugging was issued a blacklist. You were issued a 4-week weapon's blacklist because of your priors. After further review of logs, sense you only killed two people I'm willing to reduce your blacklist to two weeks. Unfortunately as a player, you don't pick your punishment.

Furthermore, your blacklist will be reduced from four weeks to two weeks, if any situation happens like this again you will be punished severely.
