Blacklist Reason: I have a bad rdm history which i am sorry and stupid about but i fell like ive changed if i was given a new history or something i could prove i changed
Unblacklist Reason: the dude i killed forgave me and i really play cop a lot and the game requires some sort of weapons to defend myself and i cant do like 3/4's of the game without the main part of the server which is action. i feel like i've changed if i was given a new history or something i could prove i changed or another chance or something so please consider this tuko :c

Additional members involved/witnessing: i don't know the video he posted i never got linked to had proof of me being dumb and shooting him when he had hands up but i was far away
