Unblacklist Reason: So in the video you can see she is trying her best to annoy us repeating herself like 20 times and stuff I tell her "shut up or ill kill you" she keeps going then in the sit says she didnt hear it while in the video she says "hes telling me to shut up" so she definitly knew what I was saying I dont know what part of shut up or ill kill you she didnt understand she didnt even have video and shut up or kill you litterally means that if she talks ill kill her I was very clear in that part so I dont see why I got a weapons blacklist. here is the video

Hi.

2.2.2. You may not kill a player for simply insulting you. Threaten them with a firearm and alternatively shoot them to injure them first. If they persist after this, you are free to kill them.

2.2.4. Attacking to kill should be carried out sensibly and not as a first resort, unless you have a good reason for immediate lethal action.

2.2.6 Surrendered parties (in a Raid, Mugging, Kidnapping and/or Robbery) may not be killed unless they are actively resisting, not valuing their life, threatening to kill or snitch on you, yelling for help or the Law Enforcement, or fail to fulfil requested demands.

2.2.7. During a PvP situation, such as muggings and raids etc., you may not kill surrendered parties simply for speaking a few words, unless they are actively yelling for help, trying to attract attention, insulting or threatening you (refer to rules 2.2.2 and 2.2.4).

So, as I told you in the sit, you ignored all the above rules and just wanted to argue about this small part "fail to fulfill requested demands." which, in this case, was unnecessary to shoot to kill. You should have shot once in the leg for example and then if she kept talking you can kill her. in addition, I told you that your voice was low as I was spectating the situation, but it is not the main reason you got Blacklisted, but for you killing her for just talking.

I was planing to give you less time / another punishment, but you told me that you don't care and will keep doing the same which made me give you a 2d guns BL, hoping you will understand the rules mentioned above and Roleplay rather than just playing the game as Counter Strike.

Therefore, I will be DENYING this Blacklist appeal, unless a higher ranking Staff member see this unjust, then they can override this decision.
