Blacklist Reason: Allegedly RDM'ing
Unblacklist Reason: What I did didn't constitute RDM. Backflare seems convinced that the individuals who accused me of allegedly RDM'ing them avoided colliding me, but from my perspective all that I saw was a car suddenly veer toward me out of it's original course and ram into me, nearly killing me. I planned to shoot their tires and flee on foot to avoid a second assault, but upon shooting the car it exploded. Once the vehicle had exploded it became a matter of my safety that I disable the drivers, lest they get up and continue their assault. Everything I did was out of self preservation and in the spirit of roleplay, IMO

Additional members involved/witnessing: Rim_Ram_Tam, IMAWILDMONKEY, SadPotato will all testify that the car seemed to veer toward me as they were present with me at the time of the incident

Hello Garfield, Firstly i would like to start off by saying I am saddened to see that you have decided to try to lie in your appeal, They did not almost kill you as you claim "Jeanluc Pierre (Garfield) (STEAM_0:0:42337526) (780) was damaged by a vehicle driven by: Salvatore Corleone ([SwissMade] WhiteTiger™ (CH)) (STEAM_0:0:8598769) (266) for 4 damage " and the vehicle did not veer towards you, last second he tried to veer away from you. Secondly, I determined after watching the video that there was no need for your immediate lethal action as they had accidentally hit you and were posing no threat to you they did not turn around they just kept on their own way.
