Blacklist Reason: i had a really bad history then i stopped for like 2 months and had no bad history then 1 time i shoot 1 extra bullet at a code red man as he put his hands up he dies so i got blacklisted for that
Unblacklist Reason: I believe that i changed and that 2 months later i shouldn't be blacklisted with no bad history for that long and i am really missing out on everything, I also had been told by the dude i killed said he accepted my apology and that i shouldn't get blacklisted and he didn't want me to get a blacklist
