Blacklist Reason: Shooting a cop for ticketing me.
Unblacklist Reason: I shot a cop because they were trying to tase/arrest me at bank about 20 minutes prior to me shooting them, for no reason. I had no evidence of him trying to do this so Tesk said I was getting warned for RDM since in his eyes I killed the cop for ticketing me... Anyways, I didn't even know that was a rule, and I definitely have no priors with that.
