Request Reason: Guy immediately starts engaging us with his car and consistently harasses us for no reason. Just trying to get a reason to engage us, when he finally gets the reason of us calling him out to cops then he proceeds to gun us down for no real initial reason. Basically just looking for someone to RDM and begin a false engagement without precedence.

I'm not sure you could mug anymore after I grabbed my friend. Also mugging by chasing down and just going What's the Problem? I'm pretty sure this means you're attempting to bait us into something other than a mugging.

NLR is only valid if the situation was still ongoing, you left the scene, and only came back because you saw me in the woods. To which you would be the one technically breaking NLR/OOC'ly talking as the situation was over and is only required to vacate if the situation is still ongoing. You already killed my friend and I while going down the street, and you left. Thus voiding any NLR capabilities to the area. At least how the rules state such a topic:

3. You may not return to the area you died at for a timespan of 10 minutes (NLR).

1. You may not return to the area you died at if the situation is still ongoing.

The addendum being that it's still ongoing, to which, at this point, it wasn't.

After Reviewing the evidence I have come to the following conclusion:

Player @Deruta did break NLR by returning to the location of his previous death before the 10 minutes were over (*You may not return to the area you died at if the situation is still ongoing* Is basically an extension for the NLR rule incase the situation is still going on but your 10 minutes are over. Meaning that you would have to wait 10 mins + the time it takes for the situation to end)

Player @tweety did break a few rule:
- Player baiting: The act of excessively provoking a player for the sole purpose of having them chase you or incite some other reaction from them for your own mere enjoyment. (Kinda like cop baiting but instead against an individual)

- Faildriving: The process of having no regard to any roleplay when in a vehicle, be it slamming into most if not all objects purposely. (You were so focused on "stalking them"/ "following them" you kept slamming into not only their vehicle but also walls, trees, rocks, etc.)

- FailRP: Actions performed by your character that are not realistic and do not correlate with the setting of the server and your roleplay role.

Sure, but you kept ramming into their vehicle even after you "should have" realized that it wasn't working. By continuously ramming into their car you are kinda doing something unrealistic and so not something you should be doing.

- RDM: I mean you are saying he "snitched" on you to the cops, but all he said was
">Hey officer, you wanna stop this guy over here;
>Hey officer, you wanna get this guy off me, right here, this blue vehicle, he's smashing us"
Again your actions baited him into doing something and so he asked the cops about help, he didn't "snitch on you" in a way that would give you KOS. He didn't "reveal" any crimes that they themself wouldn't have already seen at that moment. You just used this "reason" to justify the fact that you wanted to shoot/kill them. Also you are saying you wanted to "mug" them but yet you failed to loot their corpses?
