Relevant Evidence: someone had a video and idc because in that video you saw us telling them to put their hands up and get up and they didn't get up them getting up resulted in them being shot because when youre prone you cant see the hands up and plus I can tell them to do what I want I have them at gunpoint they failrped and didn't stand up so I shot them foster why are you banning me for your opinion on what the rules should be the rules do not state they are breaking rp if they get up off the ground bro. And if you took the sit you would've talked with me instead of being one sided because he had a video. So im being banned because apparently these kids MUST crawl around which isnt a rule on the !rules. Plus they weren't getting up and following us like tf of course I killed them I gave them 10 whole seconds to get off the ground I bet that's even in the video.]
P.S. you cannot see hands up when in prone MY BAD I guess for not knowing their hands were up even tho I LITERALLY cannot tell they didn't get up and put hands up they stayed on ground and you cant see the hands up on ground that's why we continued to tell them to put hands up as seen in vid which is idk where.

So here is why I am going to deem this appeal denied:

In this scenario, these several (Most likely 5 or 6) players were rping as paraplegic war veterans. If they stood up, they would have broken character. In any case of being put under fearrp, you must take the word of the victim that they have their hands up, regardless of the fact you can see it or not. This is to protect players that have their F2 key broken or unbound; basically if they are unable to. This also applies with the proning feature. Although you cannot see their hands, they were indeed surrendering, and they had stated multiple times that they did have their hands up. You and your group dismissed this and decided to shoot the entire group of paraplegics.
