Ban Reason: Public Mugging
Unban Reason: Why should I be unbanned is because I did not know that I cant mug him while I'm outside his property at Mel's diner. I have seen someone mugged there before and not get banned at all. Also, I was told that I should have raided first before putting him in gunpoint but I believe if I raid him first he would just run away and not stay so I decided to mug him first. And I also understand that I have a priory warning point for public mugging which you cannot mug by cinema locker which you can now I believe.
