Why should the point(s) be removed: At the time of the day I was farming cocoa, I was given multiple callouts over radio saying Tye told the people at penthouse who were on my frequency that he was going to raid. They then called out over radio that they were at the door (Tru and Tye) so I drove over to penthouse to help out with the raid. They never started the raid but I then was called out by Tru (not directly) as he had said uhhh tye tye so out of reaction I shot both of them. Moving on, I was taken to a roof by Arroyo for what I had previously done. Throughout the whole sit I was trying to explain why I did what I did and for the most part @Tye was on my side backing me up. The reason I want to make an appeal for this is that it seemed like a very shaky rule. I had no idea I couldn't kill someone for telling me they are going to raid as to me it seems like a threat to my life and the others inside. Arroyo had to ask higher ups about this because even he didn't have a clear understanding of the rule itself either. I was never told the actual specific rule that I broke except for "RDM." With this being said, Tye was saying all that should have happened was a verbal and for them to get their stuff back which I was completely agreeing on. Without saying a word, Arroyo then gave me a warning point and later on that day I had lost my mentor because of it. I appreciate the time taken out of your day to read and consider my warning appeal and understand if this gets denied. Thank you.

You are missing the main point here, I said this because you had a ksg pointing at us and I was trying to tell Tye so we could leave as he hadn’t seen you yet.

I could understand your point here if we had weapons to prove we were a threat/going to raid but at the time we were killed we had no weapons equipped we were literally talking to the people inside even going as far to tell them we are not here to raid.

Since you have appealed this a month after the situation i no longer have the clip due to me having to clear my 100gb clip folder.

The situation started with me msging Dez about a loan that i owed him and asking if he cared if we raided pent. After a bit of back and forth i said "if we dont fight you who will?" Me and Tru then showed up at pent because i wanted to speak to jack and see if he rly cared if we were to raid. Tony then comes up with a ksg out, (after being called to counter) i then hear "uhhh Tye" from Tru or smth along those lines. I then look down the stairs to see Tony and he blasts us. We then reported and got in a sit. They said their reasoning was because i said "who will fight you if we dont?" in an imsg, us then appearing at pent does seem very sus and like we were about to raid + they viewed that as a threat. The situation was complicated and as Tony said arroyo had to speak to a higher up about this which is why i said multiple times throughout the sit that i just want it voided and no punishment should be given. Arroyo then is afk and just gives tony/Dez a warning point for RDM. Imo this was wrong and i argued against that since if a mod didn't know the rule how do u expect players to. I think tony losing his mentor over this was dumb as hell and i even said at one point to just cancel the sit if arroyo was gonna warn him since it was such a dumb situation to lose mentor over. This isnt because me and Tony are friends or anything imo far from it. More enemies but still him losing mentor like this/getting punished at all didn't make sense and wasn't warranted/needed.

A rule was broken here and Arroyo was correct in giving out punishment. FailRP was broken, as tru explained they did not present any danger like showing a weapon. A simple statement was made that they were going to raid you. In RL if someone came up to me and said I'm going to rob your house, you do not pull out a weapon and shoot them dead, you call the police. Realistically you do not go around shooting people because they made a threat. Now if they made that same threat and flashed a weapon around etc posing a threat to you, then it would be a different story.
