Why should the point(s) be removed: I was issued the warning point because i handled a wellness check raid wrongfully by forcing my entry thru the building with the SWAT team. However at the time there would have been no way for me to know if there was anyone else in the building besides the owner of the building and because we were dealing with a life or death situation i didnt really have time to question the building owner. I completely understand and support voiding the situation but i find the warning point too much since i was acting to the best of the information i had at the time.
