2. BE SELF RELIANT
Don't come crying to me if you done have enough money, you need to work for it.
Furthermore you MUST have at-least $50,000, a car, player level 50, a primary, and additional weapons.
3. CAR MUST BE PURPLE

HIERARCHY:
The highest-ranking executive at the operation. They make major corporate decisions, manage the company's overall resources and operations, and communicate with the board of directors, management team, and corporate operations.
Plans and directs all administrative, financial, and operational activities for the organization's President, CEO or other executive. Organizes and prioritizes critical issues and required information for the executive to facilitate efficient decision making.
The senior enlisted advisors to the commanding officer. They carry out policies and standards and advise the commander on the performance, training, appearance and conduct of enlisted Soldiers.
Sergeants oversee Soldiers in their daily tasks, and are expected to set a standard for lower-ranked Soldiers to live up to.
Corporals serve as team leader of the smallest Army units.
Private is the lowest rank. Most Soldiers receive this rank during Basic Combat Training. This rank does not carry an insignia.
